In September 2020, the IT department’s teams detected an intrusion into the Group’s IT system. The incident acted as a wake-up call. On the one hand, it revealed the scale of the threat; on the other, it precipitated a shift in scale: that of an organisation now called upon to re-think itself in terms of resilience.
Since then, the Group has embarked on a fundamental transformation. This is a demanding journey, built on the mobilisation of teams, the development of skills across business lines and a continuous raising of standards.
