On 26 June 2025, emeis's General Meeting of Shareholders approved the inclusion in the company's articles of association of four commitments reflecting its transformation into a mission-driven company. emeis thus reaffirms its commitment to addressing the human, territorial and environmental challenges facing the healthcare sector.
To highlight our day-to-day commitment, our CSR ambition is set out in 12 objectives, focusing on our employees, our beneficiaries, our territories and the planet.
Our activities
We support patients, residents and beneficiaries in over 20 countries, thanks to our 1,000 facilities and our complementary activities: psychiatric clinics, SMR clinics, retirement homes, homecare services and residences.
Our post-acute care and rehabilitation hospitals look after patients who need medical care and rehabilitation following surgery or during an acute episode of a chronic illness.
To support our patients and help them regain their mental balance and a healthy lifestyle, emeis offers a range of care approaches and facilities adapted to the needs of a broad range of disorders.
emeis’nursing homes offer a range of living environments to meet the different needs of patients and their families.
With complete independence, in comfortable, secure accommodation, our autonomous senior residents peacefully enjoy emeis services, regular activities and a rich social life.
To help seniors maintain their independence, our caregivers adapt to your needs. Whether it's toileting, cleaning, cooking or even occasional care, emeis is there for you every day.
